For Granna's birthday this year we had a spend the night party! Phil was out of town, so the kids and I and Jack packed up and headed to Jackson! We had supper with the birthday girl at Kiefers and followed it with cupcakes from Gigis- yum, yum, yum! Then we went back to my parents house for some wild fun- coloring with new crayons and listening to Harry Connick Jr.'s Songs I Heard (great collection of songs from Wizard of Oz, Sound of Music, Annie, Mary Poppins, and my kiddos fave- Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory). With party hats and crowns for added festivity! At some point in the night, Jack had had enough. We're not sure how he did it, but he put himself to bed- in the baby bed! That was a first!!
